摘要 对膨胀型阻燃剂与其组成进行了介绍,针对膨胀型阻燃剂的关键成分成炭剂展开了分析,重点研究了三嗪类成炭剂现有制备方法。针对现有产品与技术的不足,以纯净水作为溶剂,以三聚氯氰、25%NH_(3)·H_(2)O、C_(4)H_(10)N_(2)为原料,加入碱性物质、C_(3)H_(3)N_(3)O_(3)反应后获得高纯三嗪类成炭剂产品,并对产品进行分析检测。通过分析测试可以得知,采用本方法制备的产品收率、纯度均优于同行,产品热稳定性非常优异。本方法使用廉价环保的纯净水为溶剂,降低了废液处理成本,同时可以在较宽的温度范围与原料配比下进行反应,反应条件温和,工艺稳定,适合连续的规模化生产。 The intumescent flame retardant and its composition were introduced,the key component of intumescent flame retardant was analyzed,and the existing preparation methods of triazine charring agents were studied.In view of the shortcomings of existing products and technologies,taking purified water as solvent,cyanuric chloride,25%NH_(3)·H_(2)O and C_(4)H_(10)N_(2) as raw materials,high-purity triazine charring agent products were obtained by adding alkaline substances and C_(3)H_(3)N_(3)O_(3),and the products were analyzed and detectd.The results showed that,the yield and purity of the product prepared by this method were better than those of peers,and the thermal stability of the product was very excellent.The method uses cheap and environment-friendly purified water as solvent,reduces the cost of waste liquid treatment,and can react under a wide temperature range and raw material ratio.The reaction conditions are mild,and the process is stable,which is suitable for continuous large-scale production.
