油田废液处置预氧化工艺研究

Study on Pretreatment Technology of Oilfield Waste Liquid

近年来随着油田的大力发展,油田废液的产生量逐年增加。针对不同油田废液的特点,各大油田大多采用“预处理+深度处理”的处置方法对油田废液进行合规化处置。预氧化工艺是油田废液预处理的关键,也是后期深度处理的保障。根据某油田废液处理厂现有废液为样品,对几种预氧化工艺进行比较研究。

In recent years,with the development of oilfield,the production of waste liquid is increasing year by year.According to the characteristics of waste liquid in different oil fields,most of the major oil fields adopt the disposal method of"pretreatment+indepth treatment"to carry out compliance disposal of waste liquid in oil fields.The pre-oxidation process is the key to the pretreatment of oilfield waste liquid and the guarantee of the later advanced treatment.In this paper,several pre-oxidation processes were compared based on the existing waste liquid of an oilfield waste liquid treatment plant.
