人工智能是新一轮产业变革的核心技术,对带动基础研究、前沿高技术研究和颠覆性技术开发具有战略作用。首先对人工智能技术的发展趋势和创新特征进行系统研究,基于此分析集成创新、开放式创新和协同创新等创新模式在应对新一轮科技革命中存在的不足。然后,从技术变迁与科创模式变革相互耦合影响的视角出发,探讨会聚创新的特征及其应用实践经验。最后,提出以会聚创新推动人工智能发展的思路建议。

Artificial intelligence is the core technology of the new round of industrial transformation and plays a strategic role in driving basic research,cutting-edge high-tech research and disruptive technology development.Through a systematic study of the development trend and innovation characteristics of AI technologies,the shortcomings of innovation models such as integrated innovation,open innovation and collaborative innovation in dealing with the new round of technological revolution are pointed out.Then,the characteristics of converging innovation and its practical experience of application are discussed from the perspective of the mutually coupled influence of technological change and the change of science and innovation models.Finally,it puts forward ideas and suggestions for promoting the development of artificial intelligence through converging innovation.
