黄河流域创新经济-对外贸易-生态环境耦合协调分析

Analysis on the Coupling and Coordination of Innovative EconomyForeign Trade Ecological Environment in the Yellow River Basin

基于2011—2020年黄河流域九省区数据,从创新经济、对外贸易、生态环境3个维度构建综合评价指标体系,运用熵权法和耦合协调模型,评估黄河流域各省区创新经济、对外贸易和生态环境耦合协调发展水平。结果表明:10年间,创新经济综合发展水平稳步上升,对外贸易综合发展水平增速缓慢,生态环境综合发展水平增速一般;创新经济综合发展水平最高,对外贸易综合发展水平最低,地区发展不平衡现象最明显,生态环境综合发展水平地区差异最小;三者耦合协调度稳步上升,但耦合协调度偏低且地区间存在差异,其中下游地区协调度相对较高,中上游地区协调状态较差。基于此,提出创新发展服务贸易、深度融入共建“一带一路”、坚持生态保护优先举措、加快推动黄河流域创新型经济发展等建议。

Based on the data of nine provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2011 to 2020,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed from the three dimensions of innovative economy,foreign trade and ecological environment.The entropy weight method and coupling coordination model are used to evaluate the coupling and coordinated development level of innovative economy,foreign trade and ecological environment in the Yellow River Basin.The results show that in the past ten years,the comprehensive development level of innovation economy has risen steadily,the comprehensive development level of foreign trade has grown slowly,and the comprehensive development level of ecological environment has grown in general;The comprehensive development level of innovation economy is the highest,the comprehensive development level of foreign trade is the lowest,the imbalance of regional development is the most obvious,and the regional difference of the comprehensive development level of ecological environment is the smallest;The coupling coordination degree of the three regions has been steadily increasing,but the coupling coordination degree is low and there are differences among regions.The coordination degree of the downstream regions is relatively high,and the coordination state of the middle and upstream regions is poor.Based on this,suggestions are put forward to innovate and develop service trade,deeply integrate into the joint construction of the"the Belt and Road",adhere to the priority measures of ecological protection,and accelerate the development of innovative economy in the Yellow River Basin.
