摘要
运输类旋翼航空器适航规定对于舱内一氧化碳浓度提出了要求。为验证直升机环控系统满足CCAR29.831(c)(d)的要求,需开展试飞适航符合性验证试验。以某民用直升机环控系统为例,研究了一氧化碳的来源,对试飞验证的测试项目、测点布置、测试时间、测试环境进行了分析,对测试设备提出了要求。经过飞行试验验证,该直升机舱室一氧化碳浓度满足条款要求。研究结果对运输类旋翼航空器型号合格审定中关于一氧化碳的相关验证工作具有指导意义。
The CCAR 29 Transport Category Rotorcraft Airworthiness Standards set requirements for carbon monoxide concentration in the cabin,specifically as CCAR.831(c)(d).In order to certificate the airworthiness compliance,CO test-fly is necessary.This paper made a study of CO concentration on AC352 civil helicopter,included the CO source,test object,measurement arrangement,test consideration and test equipment.The test results showed that the airworthiness compliance about CO concentration was certificated.This paper had a guiding significance about CO concentration airworthiness compliance verification for other helicopter.
