接触式轮廓仪对工件自动标注问题的研究 被引量:2

摘要 工件表面质量的好坏直接影响其使用寿命和使用性能,工件表面是通过工件轮廓线来画像的,是工件表面质量的外化指标,而接触式轮廓仪是通过扫描工件轮廓来呈现工件轮廓线的仪器。文中利用接触式轮廓仪以工件在水平状态和偏移状态下的观测数据为对象,通过数学建模建立相应的模型,并应用这些模型完整地标注工件轮廓线的各项特征数据。通过比较两种测量状态下轮廓线的各项特征数据,发现它们之间有随机的可容错差异。该两种状态下轮廓线数据模型能有效实现直线段、斜线段以及圆弧等工件轮廓线的自动标注。 The quality of the workpiece surface directly affects its service life and performance. The workpiece surface is painted through the workpiece contour, which is the externalization index of the workpiece surface quality, while the contact profiler is an instrument that presents the workpiece contour by scanning the workpiece contour. Taking the observation data of the workpiece in the horizontal state and offset state of the contact profiler as the object, this paper establishes the corresponding models through mathematical modeling, and uses these models to completely mark the characteristic data of the workpiece contour. By comparing the characteristic data of the contour in the two measurement States, it is found that there are random fault-tolerant differences between them. The contour data model in the two states given in this paper can effectively realize the automatic marking of workpiece contour such as straight line segment, oblique line segment and arc, which brings some reference value for workpiece measurement.
