Research on the countermeasures of cultivating college students’ legal literacy in new era

在全面推进依法治国的背景下,大学生法治素养的高低决定了我国社会主义法治化建设的进程。加强大学生法治素养培养是实现全面依法治国的必要前提,是促进社会和谐进步的现实需要,是提升大学生综合素质的必然要求。目前大学生的法治素养存在法治知识薄弱、法治信仰不坚定、法治思维欠缺等诸多问题,需要从创新法治教育模式、营造良好的法治氛围、积极开展法治实践等方面入手,寻求大学生法治素养培养的有效路径。

As to comprehensively promoting the rule of law, the level of college students’ legal literacy determines the process of China’s socialist legalization. Strengthening the cultivation of college students’ legal literacy is the necessary premise to realize the comprehensive rule of law, the practical need to promote social harmony and progress, and the inevitable requirement to improve the comprehensive quality of college students. At present, there are many problems in college students’ legal literacy, such as weak legal knowledge, weak legal belief and lack of legal thinking. This paper proposes to start by innovating the legal education mode, creating a good legal atmosphere and actively carrying out legal practice, so as to find an effective path to cultivate college students’ legal literacy.
