椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗髓核游离型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗髓核游离型椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法纳入2015年6月~2019年10月本院收治的髓核游离型腰椎间盘突出症患者30例,其中L1例,L2例,L16例,L-S11例。所有病例均采用标准化穿刺定位建立BEIS通道和模式化镜下减压方法进行治疗。结果30例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时间42~93 min;其中髓核近端游离6例,远端游离24例,轻度游离型25例,重度游离型5例;术后29例患者腰腿疼痛明显缓解,1例缓解不明显,术后影像学检查示游离髓核完整摘除。所有患者均获随访,未见椎间盘复发。术后VAS评分、ODI较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);按MacNab标准评估疗效:优20例、良8例、可2例,优良率93.3%。结论椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗髓核游离型椎间盘突出症,手术安全、有效、可行,值得临床推广。
