摘要
东北地区是我国重要的工农业基地,维护国家国防安全、粮食安全、生态安全、能源安全、产业安全的战略地位十分重要.以吉林省地级市为研究对象,运用熵值法以及耦合协调度模型,分别测算其2013年、2016年以及2019年城市综合承载力以及城镇化发展水平,并测算2019年城市综合承载力与城镇化水平耦合协调度.结果表明:①城市综合承载力总体上呈现上升状态,个别地级市出现下降,且需要迫切解决;②城市综合承载力与城镇化水平大多数城市呈现协调状态,约占到62%;③长春作为增长极,在吉林省城市综合承载力中高于其他地级市,为全省最高,并与城镇化水平协调度为优质协调,须在发展过程中带动其他区域.通化等城市处于不断发展发展状态.四平、白山等城市存在问题,尤其在经济发展与产业结构等方面,急需通过改变经济动能以及从政策扶持解决.总体来说,各城市应补充短板,提高城市综合承载力水平并使之与城镇化水平相协调.
Northeast China is an important industrial and agricultural base in China.It is very important to maintain the strategic position of national defense security,food security,ecological security,energy security and industrial security.This paper takes prefecture level cities in Jilin province as the research object,uses entropy method and coupling coordination degree model to calculate their urban comprehensive carrying capacity and urbanization development level in 2013,2016 and 2019 respectively,and calculates the coupling coordination degree between urban comprehensive carrying capacity and urbanization level in 2019.The results show that:①The urban comprehensive carrying capacity is on the rise on the whole,and some prefecture level cities are declining,which needs to be solved urgently.②Urban comprehensive carrying capacity and urbanization level are in harmony in most cities,accounting for about 62%.③As a growth pole,Changchun is higher than other prefecture level cities in the comprehensive urban carrying capacity of Jilin province,the highest in the province,and has high-quality coordination with the level of urbanization.It must drive other regions in the process of development.Tonghua and other cities are in a state of continuous development.Siping,Baishan and other cities have problems,especially in terms of economic development and industrial structure,which need to be solved urgently by changing economic momentum and policy support.In general,each city should supplement the short board,improve the level of urban comprehensive carrying capacity and coordinate it with the level of urbanization.
