摘要
基于2010-2019年中国与中国-中亚-西亚经济走廊沿线七个国家关于钢铁、建材、有色、电力、轻纺五个重点行业出口贸易的面板数据,采用随机前沿引力模型,具体分析中国同沿廊七国的国际产能合作效率,并为双方进行产能合作的进一步发展提出政策建议。结果表明,中国与沿廊七国产能合作的平均效率为0.78,合作效率最高的国家为以色列,最低为乌兹别克斯坦。中国与沿廊七国的经济规模、贸易依存度、金融自由度有利于双方国际产能合作效率的提升,人口规模和商业自由度、货币自由度等因素不利于双方国际产能合作效率的提升,据此提出了应重视政府间合作机制的经济促进功能,对双方国际产能合作进行科学统筹规划等建议。
Based on the panel data of export trade between China and seven countries along the China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor from 2010 to 2019 in the five key industries of iron and steel,building materials,non-ferrous metals,electric power and light textiles,the stochastic frontier gravity model is adopted to analyze the efficiency of international production capacity cooperation between China and seven countries along the corridor,and to put forward policy suggestions for further development of production capacity cooperation between the two sides.The results show that the average efficiency of energy cooperation between China and the corridor seven countries is 0.78,and Israel has the highest efficiency and Uzbekistan has the lowest efficiency.The economic scale,trade dependence and financial freedom of China and the seven countries along the corridor are conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of bilateral international production capacity cooperation,while the population scale,commercial freedom and monetary freedom are not conducive to the improvement of the efficiency of bilateral international production capacity cooperation.On the basis of this,some suggestions are put forward,such as attaching importance to the economic promotion function of intergovernmental cooperation mechanism and making scientific overall planning for bilateral international production capacity cooperation.
