随着水资源综合利用的发展,经过处理后的市政中水也被应用到铅锌湿法冶炼工艺中。这样做的好处是在满足生产需求的同时,节约了大量的生活水资源,在水资源日趋紧张的今天,具有越来越突出的经济效益和社会效益。阐述了某公司动力厂西城泵站利用物联网控制技术,对原市政中水水泵控制系统进行改造,改造后系统实现了远程无人启停和控制。提高了水泵的运行效率,获得了显著的效益。

With the development of comprehensive utilization of water resources,the treated municipal reclaimed water has also been applied to Lead-Zinc wet smelting process.The advantage of this is to save a lot of domestic water resources while meeting the production demand.With the increasing tension of water resources,it has more and more prominent economic and social benefits.This paper describes the renovation of the original municipal middle water pump control system by using the Internet of Things control technology in the west city pump station of a power plant.After the renovation,the system has realized remote unattended start-up and control.The operation efficiency of the water pump has been improved and remarkable benefits have been obtained.
