摘要
介绍了某厂2×700 MW超超临界机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统在低负荷、低硫分工况下两台浆液循环泵运行出现的问题,提出了单台浆液循环泵运行方案,并通过试验,确定了单台浆液循环泵运行的可行性,在此基础上节约了厂用电,为同类型机组提供了参考和借鉴。
The paper introduces problems occurred in the operation of two slurry circulating pumps of limestone gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system for 2*700 MW ultra supercritical unit under low load and low sulfur conditions.The operation scheme of a single slurry circulating pump was proposed,and the feasibility of the operation of a single slurry circulating pump was determined through tests.On this basis,it obtains electricity saving and provides reference for similar units.
