摘要
线上零售商提供的运费险能有效解决消费者退货时的运费承担风险,提高消费者的购买意愿,但同时保费也增加了线上零售商的运营成本,因此运费险受到广泛关注。文章基于Hotelling模型,假设线上与线下零售商销售同一商品,在线上零售商提供及不提供运费险策略下构建数学模型,得到最优定价、需求及利润,对两模型进行比较分析,并用数值算例分析了保费等参数对最优利润的影响。
The return freight insurance provided by online retailers can effectively solve consumers'freight risks when returning goods,and improve their purchase intention.However,the premium also increases retailers'operating cost,so the return freight insurance has attracted wide attention.Based on Hotelling model,this paper assumes that online and offline retailers sell the same goods,and constructs mathematical models when the online retailer offers and does not offer the return freight insurance.The optimal pricing,demand and profit are derived,and comparative analysis is carried on.Numerical analysis about the impact of premium and other parameters on optimal profit is also conducted.
