中国西部地区合作参建西部陆海新通道的现状及问题

Current Situation and Problems of Western China's Cooperative Participation in the Construction of a New Western Land-Sea Corridor

根据西部陆海新通道总体规划建设内容,梳理和分析中国西部地区合作参建西部陆海新通道现状,发现西部地区参与通道建设现存问题是:沿线地区基础设施建设步调不一,跨区域交通衔接不畅;沿线产业缺少整体规划,区域产业协同成效不显著;通道沿线通关环境情况不一,异地通关效率有待提升;沿线地区各建信息服务平台,物流信息共享程度不高;区域协调机制不健全,协作共建力度待加强。对此,文章提出推进基础设施建设步伐协调化、深度推进产业协同、持续优化各地区通关环境、完善沿线各地区协作机制等对策,以期推进西部陆海新通道高质量建设。

According to the overall planning and construction content of the new western land-sea corridor,this paper combs and analyzes the current situation of Western China's cooperative participation in the construction of the new western land-sea corridor,and finds that the western region's participation in the channel construction has the following problems:The pace of infrastructure construction along the line is different,and the cross regional traffic connection is not smooth;there is a lack of overall planning for industries along the line,and the effectiveness of regional industrial synergy is not significant;the customs clearance environment along the channel is different,and the customs clearance efficiency of different places needs to be improved;information service platforms are built along the line,and the degree of logistics information sharing is not high;the regional coordination mechanism is not perfect,and the cooperation and joint construction need to be strengthened.In this regard,it is proposed to promote the coordination of the pace of infrastructure construction,deeply promote industrial coordination,continuously optimize the customs clearance environment of various regions,and improve the cooperation mechanism of various regions along the line,so as to promote the high-quality construction of the new western land-sea corridor.
