高速铁路对苏北县域经济增长影响研究

Research on the Impact of High-speed Railway on County Economic Growth of North Jiangsu

县域经济对推进乡村振兴具有重要作用。为研究高速铁路对苏北县域经济增长的影响,选取2010~2020年苏北17个县的数据,采用双重差分(Difference in Difference,DID)模型,从经济密度、人口密度、第三产业区位熵、市场潜力4个方面来衡量高铁开通对苏北县域经济产生的影响。同时在消除新冠疫情这一负面影响,进一步验证文章结果的稳健性,研究结果表明:高速铁路开通对苏北县域经济密度、人口密度没有显著影响,对市场潜力产生了明显的促进作用,但对第三产业区位熵产生了明显的抑制作用;文章建议通过创新发展路径,强化县域特色;完善基础支撑,提升发展潜力;健全协作机制,促进区域共同发展等方式发挥高速铁路开通带来的经济效应。

County economy is the main position and battlefield of implementing rural revitalization strategy,which plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization.In order to study the impact of high-speed railway on county economic growth in northern Jiangsu Province,the data of 17 counties in northern Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2020 are selected and the Difference in Difference(DID)model is adopted.From the economic density,population density,tertiary industry location entropy,market internal potential four aspects to measure the impact of high-speed railway opening on the county economy in northern Jiangsu Province.New crown outbreak at the same time to eliminate the negative effects,further verify the robustness,this paper studied the results showed that the high-speed railway to Subei County economic density,population density,no significant influence,has obvious promoting effect on the internal market potential,but on the third industry location entropy obvious inhibition;this paper suggests strengthening county characteristics by innovating development paths;improve the basic support,enhance the development potential;improve coordination and cooperation mechanism,promote regional common development and other ways to give full play to the economic effects brought by the opening of high-speed railway.
