Huawei Supply Chain Risk Prevention and Control Study

在全球化的背景下,企业之间的竞争就是供应链之间的竞争,拥有良好的供应链系统不仅可以节约成本、提高收益,而且还可以促进企业自身的转型与发展,但在供应链构建过程中,还需对供应链中存在的风险进行防范与管控。基于此,文章选取我国跨国公司的领军企业——华为公司为研究对象,分析华为公司在企业供应链构建过程中遇到的风险以及采取的防范措施,以其对其他企业提供借鉴意义。

In the context of today's rapid development of the world economy,enterprises with a good supply chain system can not only save costs and improve revenue,but also promote the transformation and development of the enterprise itself.“Supply chain advantage”has gradually become the dominant word in the development of enterprises,and more and more multinational enterprises have begun to pay attention to the construction and improvement of their own supply chain,but in the process of building the supply chain of multinational companies,it is often necessary to pay attention to the prevention and control of risks in the supply chain.Based on this,this paper selects Huawei,a leading multinational company in China,as the research object to analyze the risks encountered by Huawei in the process of building its supply chain and the preventive measures taken.
