论贾拓夫与延安时期西北地区党的隐蔽战线工作

On Jia Tuofu and the CPC’s Covert Front Work of Northwest in Yan′an Period

作为中共陕西党组织早期领导人和中共中央西北局主要领导人之一的贾拓夫为延安时期西北地区党的隐蔽战线工作作出了卓越的贡献。中共中央落脚陕北后的一段时期内,贾拓夫任职白区工作部门并指导白区的秘密工作。1936年12月,贾拓夫担任中共陕西省委书记后,领导陕西各地的隐蔽战线工作,为保存、发展陕西党地下组织作出了重要贡献。1939年3月,贾拓夫调离陕西省委后任职西北局,指导、领导西北地区的隐蔽战线工作。延安时期贾拓夫倡导在隐蔽战线中埋头苦干等精神,对新时代坚持总体国家安全观,有着积极的借鉴意义。

As an early leader of the CPC Shaanxi Party Organization and one of the main leaders of the Northwest Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,Jia Tuofu had made outstanding contributions to the covert front of Northwest Communist Party in Yan′an period.For a period of time after the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China settled in Northern Shaanxi,Jia Tuofu served in the department of White Area and guided the secret work of White Area.In December 1936,after becoming the secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC,he led the covert front work in Shaanxi province and made contributions to the preservation and development of the underground Party organizations of Shaanxi province.In March 1939,after being transferred from the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee,he served in the Northwest Bureau,guiding and leading the covert front work in northwest China.During Yan′an period,Jia Tuofu advocated the spirit of hard work in the covert front,which has a positive referential significance for adhering to the overall national security concept in the new era.
