中国智慧城市建设研究综述

Research Review on Smart City Construction in China

智慧城市建设是目前社会各界关注的热点话题之一。在智慧城市发展的十余年间,学术界对于智慧城市的研究经历了萌芽阶段、初步探索阶段、快速发展阶段以及当前的系统深入研究阶段,学者们主要围绕智慧城市的概念、支撑要素、评价体系以及建设中存在的问题与解决路径等方面进行了深入研究。现阶段,我国智慧城市的建设主要从城市基础设施升级、信息资源整合以及管理—服务协同化发展等方面展开,呈现出系统化发展的趋势。未来对于智慧城市建设的理论研究应重点围绕概念的科学界定、评价体系的标准化构建、信息安全保障以及实践路径等四个方面展开,以便进一步系统性研究。

The construction of smart city is one of the hot topics concerned by all walks of life at present.In the ten years of smart city development,the academic research on smart city has gone through the embryonic stage,the initial exploration stage,the rapid development stage and the current systematic in-depth research stage.Scholars has carried out thorough research on the concept,supporting elements,evaluation of smart city,the problems existing in the construction and the solutions.At this stage,the construction of smart cities in our country mainly starts from the upgrading of urban infrastructure,the integration of information resources,and the coordinated development of management and services,showing a trend of systematic development.In the future,theoretical research on smart city construction should focus on four aspects:scientific definition of concepts,standardized construction of evaluation systems,information security assurance,and practical paths,so as to conduct further systematic research.
