摘要
分别在采区酸化前、酸化中和酸化后的生产过程中进行了O_(2)氧化效果研究,找到了O_(2)加入地层的方法和控制参数,创新了O_(2)氧化酸法地浸工艺。与常规H_(2)O_(2)高酸浸出工艺相比,O_(2)氧化酸法地浸工艺具有浸出液电位高、铀浓度高、抽注液流量大、生产成本低等优点。目前O_(2)氧化酸法地浸工艺已成功应用于伊犁某铀矿床多个采区的开采过程。
The effect of O_(2) oxidation was studied in mining area production process of before acidification,during and after acidification,the method and control parameters of adding O_(2) to the formation were found,and the O_(2) oxidation process in acid in-situ leaching process of uranium was innovated.Compared with conventional H_(2)O_(2) high acid leaching process,it has the advantages of high redox potential,high uranium concentration,large amount of pumping liquid and low production cost.At present,O_(2) oxidation process has been successfully applied to acid in-situ leaching mining in multiple mining areas of a uranium deposit in Yili.
