碱性沉淀母液加CO_(2)酸化回收碳酸盐工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 新疆某铀矿水冶厂采用碱法水冶处理工艺,采用NaCl+NaHCO_(3)溶液对吸附饱和树脂进行淋洗,沉淀母液补加有用组分后再生为淋洗剂。为了将碱性沉淀母液中的NaOH和Na_(2)CO_(3)快速转化为可利用的碳酸氢盐,实现返回配制淋洗剂的目的,进行了CO_(2)酸化回收碱性沉淀母液的研究。结果表明,气液混合泵可提高CO_(2)酸化沉淀母液的效率,沉淀母液补加CO_(2)再生淋洗剂工艺比原再生淋洗剂工艺(补加Na_(2)CO_(3)和NaHCO_(3))更经济;且再生淋洗剂的离子强度更低,有利于淋洗过程进行。 A uranium mine hydrometallurgy plant in Xinjiang adopts alkaline hydrometallurgy treatment process,NaCl+NaHCO_(3)solution was used as leaching agent for leaching of adsorption saturated resin.After adding useful components to the precipitated mother liquor,it was regenerated as eluent.In order to convert NaOH and Na_(2)CO_(3)in the alkaline precipitated mother liquor into available bicarbonate quickly and effectively,and to realize the purpose of returning to prepare eluent,the recovery of alkaline precipitated mother liquor by CO_(2)acidification was studied.The results show that the gas-liquid mixture pump can improve the efficiency of CO_(2)acidification of precipitated mother liquor,the process of adding CO_(2)regenerated eluent from precipitated mother liquor is more economical than the original process(adding Na_(2)CO_(3)and NaHCO_(3)),and the ionic strength of the regenerated eluent is better,which is beneficial to the leaching process.
