摘要
地浸采铀潜水泵采用变频器控制,变频器输出的电源波形为PWM波,而PWM波产生的过冲电压对潜水泵电机运行具有一定的影响。本研究采用正弦滤波器对PWM波的谐波进行滤波、整形,将PWM波形还原成近似于正弦波后,输送给潜水泵电机,达到了保护电机定子绝缘、延长电机使用寿命的目的。
The submersible pump for in-situ leaching uranium mines is controlled by frequency converter.The output power waveform of frequency converter is PWM wave,and the PWM wave will produce overimpulse voltage,which has certain influence on the operation of the submersible pump motor.A sine filter is used to filter and shape the harmonic of the PWM wave,and the PWM waveform is reduced to a sine wave,which is transmitted to the submersible pump motor.The purpose of protecting the stator insulation of the motor and extending the service life of the motor is achieved.
