关于发展我国现代菌物农业的思考

Thoughts on the Development of Modern Fungal Agriculture in China

农业活动实质是植物生产、动物(包括人)消费、菌物转化还原的循环往复过程。但是,受长期以来“二物农业”陈旧思维的束缚,我国菌物农业发展无论从认知层面到工作实践,还是从学术研究到管理体制,都与菌物大国的地位不相称。文章以习近平总书记关于“三物循环生产”重要指示精神为指引,从“三物农业”的新视角,结合国内外菌物农业发展历史、现状和趋势,论述了发展现代菌物农业的重要意义,探讨了我国菌物农业发展存在的问题,提出了新形势下发展我国现代菌物农业的对策建议。

The essence of agricultural activities is a cyclical process of plant production,animal(including human)consumption,and fungal transformation and reduction.However,due to the shackles of the outdated thinking of"two biological agriculture"for a long time,the development of fungal agriculture are unbecoming with the status of our power country of fungi,no matter from the cognitive level to working practice,from the academic research to the management system.Guided by the important indication spirit of"three biological cycle production"of Xi Jinping,we elaborate the important significance of developing modern fungal agriculture,discuss the problems of fungal agriculture development in China and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of constructing modern fungal agriculture system in China under the new situation from the new perspective of"three biological agricultures"and the history,current situation and development trend of fungal agriculture.
