In the context of talent revitalization constantly empowering rural revitalization,rural successful entrepreneurs play an exemplary role and a leading role,so as to lay a solid mass foundation and provide driving force for the realization of common prosperity in rural areas. However,due to the limitations of cultivation subject consciousness,the serious outflow of rural talents,the unclear definition of talent types,the lack of policy support and other difficulties,the cultivation of rural successful entrepreneurs has been restricted. In the context of the implementation of common prosperity,it is necessary to explore the practical path to build an effective cultivation mechanism for rural successful entrepreneurs,so as to play the rule of "head geese",stimulate the vitality of the "wild geese",and provide a stable and long-term way to completely eliminate the gap between the rich and the poor in rural areas and promote the common prosperity of all people.
