冲击波配合关节运动手法治疗鹅足滑囊炎的临床疗效观察

The clinical effect of shock wave combined with joint motor manipulation in the treatment of goose foot bursitis

目的 观察冲击波配合关节运动手法治疗鹅足滑囊炎的临床疗效。方法 将2018年9月至2020年3月在我科就诊的198例患者采用随机数表法随机分成三组,即关节运动手法组、冲击波组、关节运动手法+冲击波组,其中关节运动手法组66例,冲击波组66例,关节运动手法+冲击波组患者66例,通过治疗前后HSS评分分值变化、疗效评定分值变化及肌骨彩色超声结果判断三组的临床疗效。结果 三组患者的临床治疗均有效果,以关节运动手法+冲击波组治疗效果最明显。结论 冲击波配合关节运动手法治疗鹅足滑囊炎具有明显临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of shock wave combined with joint motor manipulation in the treatment of goose foot bursitis.Methods 198 patients in our department from September 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into three groups: joint movement manipulation group(group 1),shock wave group(group 2) and joint movement manipulation+shock wave group(group 3),including 66 patients in group 1,66 patients in group 2 and 66 patients in group 3.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was judged by the changes of HSS score, curative effect evaluation score and muscle bone color ultrasound results before and after treatment.Results The clinical treatment of the three groups was effective, and the treatment effect of the third group was the most obvious.Conclusion Shock wave combined with joint movement manipulation has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of goose foot bursitis.
