臭氧大自血疗法对老年患者脑卒中恢复期负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Ozone Autohemotherapy on negative emotion and sleep quality in elderly patients with stroke during recovery period

目的探讨臭氧大自血对老年脑卒中恢复期患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法回顾性搜集2018年1月至2021年12月梁山县人民医院神经内科收治的100例脑卒中患者,按照治疗方式分为两组,对照组和观察组,每组均限定为50例患者。对照组仅给予一般的常规临床治疗措施,观察组除了给予一般临床治疗干预措施外,使用了臭氧大自血治疗方法。统计两组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分变化情况及干预效果情况。结果对两组治疗前的PSQI、HADS评分进行差异性对比分析,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);使用臭氧大自血治疗的观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)7个维度评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在焦虑抑郁(HADS)评分方面,经臭氧治疗干预后观察组的赋分数值明显低于对照组,差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑卒中恢复期患者进行臭氧大自血治疗,可显著降低患者的焦虑与抑郁水平,提升睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Ozone Autohemotherapy on negative emotion and sleep quality of elderly stroke patients in convalescent stage.Methods Retrospective collection of 100 stroke patients admitted to the Department of Neurology of Liangshan County People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021,divided into two groups according to treatment methods, the control group and the observation group, with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given general routine clinical treatment measures, and the observation group, in addition to general clinical treatment interventions, increased the use of Ozone Autohemotherapy interventions.The changes of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)scores and the effect of intervention were counted before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in PSQI and hads scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After the intervention of Ozone Autohemotherapy, the seven dimension scores and total scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the score of anxiety and depression(HADS),after the intervention of Ozone treatment, the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone Autohemotherapy for elderly stroke patients in convalescent stage can significantly reduce the level of anxiety and depression and improve the quality of sleep.
