随着医学影像技术不断发展,CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检技术已经广泛应用于临床,该技术具备微创、灵敏度高、特异性高、并发症少、患者接受度高等特点。如今,该技术在肺部疾病中的应用已经不再局限于肺肿瘤,因其可获取病变组织进行病理学和微生物学检查,在间质性肺疾病和特殊类型肺部感染性疾病的诊断中也发挥着重要作用。此外,该技术正朝着减少辐射、精准定位及人工智能等方向发展,未来对肺部疾病的诊断价值将得到进一步提升。

With the continuous development of medical imaging technology, CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy has been widely used in clinic, which is characterized by minimally invasive surgery, high sensitivity, high specificity, fewer complications and high acceptance.Nowadays, its application in lung diseases is not only suitable for lung tumors, but also plays an important role in the diagnosis of interstitial lung disease and particular pulmonary infection because of its available access to pathological and microbiological examinations.In addition, the technology is developing towards reducting radiation exposure, accurate positioning and artificial intelligence, and it’s diagnostic value for lung diseases will be further improved in the future.
