摘要 目前世界上各大工厂信息化和工业化不断融合,创建三维数字化孪生工厂平台从而实现模拟运维仿真,已经成为建筑行业和钢铁行业的热词。这种技术依托BIM设计成果,模型的质量直接影响了平台运行的流畅度及画面效果,在唐钢新区数字化工厂建设中,各承包单位BIM成果各有差异,从而导致三维工厂场景整体性能受到影响。唐钢新区基于这种情况使用3dsMax软件对三维数字模型进行模型轻量化处理,取得了良好的效果,对数字化工厂整体应用起到了促进作用。 At present,with the continuous integration of informatization and industrialization of the world's major factories,creating a three-dimensional digital twin factory platform to realize analog operation and maintenance simulation has become a hot word in both the construction industry and the steel industry.This technology relies on BIM design results,and the quality of the model directly affects the fluency and picture effect of the platform operation,different contractors have different BIM results,which affects the overall performance of 3D factory scene.The 3dsMax software is used to reconstruct and optimize the 3D digital model in the Tangsteel New District,which has achieved good results and pro moted the overall application of digital chemical plant.
