摘要
柔性混合电子器件已广泛应用于生物医药、可穿戴设备、印刷射频天线、软体机器人等领域,具有广阔的应用前景。针对目前柔性混合电子制造精度低,且各工艺器件组合困难的问题,提出了一种3D打印的柔性混合电子方法。将PVC材料作为柔性衬底,采用液态金属直写技术完成导线的打印,电子元件通过真空吸附装置放置在预先设定好的位置,最后通过RTV硅胶完成封装。研究了不同工艺参数下液态金属直写打印线特性与RTV硅胶的封装特性,最后以柔性混合电子LED灯为例,利用最优打印方案实现柔性混合电子典型制造。
Flexible hybrid electronic devices have been widely used in biomedicine,wearable devices,printed RADIO frequency antennas,soft robots and other fields,with broad application prospects.Aiming at the low precision of flexible hybrid electronics manufacturing and the difficulty of device combination,a flexible hybrid electronics method of 3D printing was proposed.In this method,PVC material is used as a flexible substrate,the wire is printed by liquid metal direct writing technology,the electronic components are placed in a preset position through a vacuum adsorption device,and finally packaged by RTV silica gel.The characteristics of liquid metal direct print line and RTV silicone package under different process parameters were experimentally studied.Finally,the flexible hybrid electronic LED lamp was taken as an example to realize the flexible hybrid electronic typical manufacturing by using the optimal printing scheme.
