摘要
乙酸乙酯(EA)化工综合实训装置采用萃取精馏的方法分离EA共沸物系。在使用时发现,依据现有操作数据不能达到理想分离效果。通过Aspen Plus软件模拟优化,最终得到质量分数为99.92%的EA及质量分数为99.99%的乙二醇,可大幅优化该装置分离效果,减少了实训材料的浪费。
A set of ethyl acetate(EA)chemical comprehensive training device uses the extractive distillation method to separate the EA coboiling Material System.it is found that the ideal separation cannot be achieved according to the existing operating data.continuous distillation processes was simulated and optimized using Aspen Plus software,the product has an EA content of 99.92%(w)and an ethylene glycol content of 99.99%(w),The separation effect of the device can be greatly optimized,and reduces the waste of materials.
