高职院校毕业生“慢就业”问题与创新创业教育改革——以唐山工业职业技术学院为例

Problems of Higher Vocational College Graduates"Delayed Employment"and the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education—A Case Study of Tangshan Polytechnic College

2022年迎来高职扩招后第一届毕业高峰,而且又叠加疫情蔓延、俄乌冲突、逆全球化等国内外不利影响,使得高职毕业生就业环境恶化。在此背景下,“慢就业”问题就尤为值得关注。基于唐山工业职业技术学院近年高职毕业生培养质量评价报告的典型性数据,深入分析“慢就业”问题与创新创业教育改革之间的联系,从创新创业教育改革的维度,提出疏解高职院校“慢就业”问题的对策。

The employment environment of higher vocational graduates is deteriorating,and this problem is difficult to be comprehensively solved in the short term.Based on the data of the evaluation report on the training quality of Higher Vocational Graduates in Tangshan Institute of industry and technology in recent years,this paper analyzes the relationship between the phenomenon of"delayed employment"and the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform,and puts forward countermeasures to alleviate the phenomenon of"delayed employment"in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform.
