“1+X”证书制度下会计人才现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship Accounting Talents in the 1+X Certificate System

现代学徒制的试点经验,进一步证实了其在高职人才培养过程中的重要性。随着现代学徒制在全国范围的全面推广,高职院校会计专业也在积极推进现代学徒制人才培养模式改革,但在具体实践过程中,存在诸如试点企业参与度较低、培养标准缺失、制度规范不到位等突出问题。对此,结合试点经验及实践研究,提出通过优化现代学徒制的宏观政策调控、寻找适合的校企合作单位、构建现代学徒制人才培养模式、嵌入“X”证书考核评价标准等举措,将“1+X”证书制度有效嵌入会计人才现代学徒制人才培养模式,发挥两者合力,进而培养适销对路的复合型技术技能型会计人才。

The pilot experience of modern apprenticeship has further confirmed its importance in the process of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.With the comprehensive promotion of modern apprenticeship nationwide,the accounting major in higher vocational colleges is also actively promoting the reform of modern apprenticeship talent training mode.However,in the specific practice process,there are some outstanding problems,such as low participation of pilot enterpris es,lack of training s tandards,and inadequate system specifications.In this regard,combined with the pilot experience and practical research,it is proposed to effectively embed the"1+X"certificate system into the modern apprenticeship accounting talent training mode by optimizing the macro policy regulation of the modern apprenticeship,finding suitable school enterprise cooperation units,building the modern apprenticeship talent training mode,embedding the X certificate assessment and evaluation standards and other measures,so as to give full play to the joint efforts of the two,and then cultivate m arketable and versatile technical and skilled accounting talent s.
