青贮饲料是反刍动物常用的粗饲料之一,制作原理是厌氧条件下乳酸菌发酵产生乳酸,营造酸性环境,从而抑制有害微生物的生长,使青贮原料得以保存。文章从青贮原料的最佳采收时间、选择适宜的青贮模式、青贮添加剂的选择、青贮设备的选择、青贮调制技术、青贮品质的鉴定等方面阐述青贮饲料调制要点,实现制作路径的优化,为青贮饲料的调制提供参考。

Silage is one of the commonly used roughage for ruminants.The production principle is that lactic acid bacteria are fermented to produce lactic acid under anaerobic conditions to create an acidic environment,thereby inhibiting the growth of harmful microorganisms and preserving silage materials.This paper expounds the key points of silage modulation from the aspects of harvesting time of silage raw materials,silage mode,application of additives,silage equipment,modulation technology and quality identification,so as to realize the optimization of production path and provide reference for the modulation of silage.
