小农户参与适度规模经营的典型模式比较研究——基于土地规模经营与服务规模经营的视角

Comparative Study on Typical Models of Small Farmer Household Participating in Moderate Scale Management:From the Perspective of Land Scale Management and Service Scale Management

小农户参与适度规模经营,是小农户和现代农业发展有机衔接、巩固完善农村基本经营制度与全面推进乡村振兴的重要举措。依据在广西和山东两地的农户调查,基于土地规模经营与服务规模经营的视角,总结出四种小农户参与适度规模经营的典型模式,并进一步比较分析四种模式的农户连结方式、农户参与度、经营规模、经济效益与风险分担情况,归纳总结四种模式存在的共同问题,在此基础上,从深化土地制度改革、开展农业社会化服务、支持农户与规模经营主体深度融合、强化农户生产培训、完善农业基础设施等方面提出对策建议。

Small farmer household’participation in moderate scale management is an important measure to link small farmer household and modern agricultural development,consolidate and improve rural basic management system and comprehensively promote rural revitalization.Based on the survey of farmer household in Guangxi and Shandong,and from the perspective of land scale management and service scale management,four typical modes of small farmer household’participation in moderate scale management are summarized,and the farmer household’connection mode,farmer household’participation,operation scale,economic benefit and risk sharing of the four modes are further compared and analyzed.The co mmon problems of the four modes are summarized.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of deepening the reform of land system,carrying out agricultural social services,supporting the deep integration of farmer household and large-scale management subjects,strengthening farmer household’production training,and improving agricultural infrastructure.
