新时代农科专业学位研究生劳动教育实践路径研究--基于江西共大劳动教育的经验与启示

提高农林高校专业学位研究生教育专业实践能力是当前培养农林学科高层次、应用型专门人才需要的重要途径。江西共产主义劳动大学劳动教育具有牢固树立统一的劳动观点、实事求是制定劳动教育教学体系、自力更生扩大教学实践基地、灵活多变扩充任课教师队伍、多措并举营造浓厚劳动氛围的特点。结合新时代农科专业学位研究生劳动教育的要求和特征,应采取把握劳动教育的科学内涵、构建劳动教育课程体系、建立劳动教育实训基地、完善劳动教育导师队伍、推动劳动教育融入校园文化建设等措施,以优化农科专业学位研究生劳动教育实施路径。

Improving the practical ability of professional degree postgraduate education in agricultural and forestry universities is an important way to cultivate high-level and applied talents in agricultural and forestry disciplines.Labor education in Jiangxi Communist Labor University has the characteristics of firmly establishing a unified labor view,formulating a labor education teaching system based on seeking truth from facts,expanding the teaching practice base by self-reliance,flexibly expanding the teaching staff,and taking various measures to create a strong labor atmosphere.Combined with the requirements and characteristics of labor education for postgraduates majoring in agricultural science in the new era,measures should be taken to optimize the implementation path of labor education for postgraduates majoring in agricultural science,such as grasping the scientific connotation of labor education,constructing the curriculum system of labor education,establishing the training base of labor education,improving the tutor team of labor education,and promoting the integration of labor education into the construction of campus culture.
