摘要
为了有效地识别出疫苗冷链物流中存在的各种风险因素,对其进行预防和控制。基于WBS-RBS耦合矩阵得到18个疫苗冷链物流风险指标,采用决策实验室法(DEMATEL)将18个风险指标划分为4类风险因素;最后,运用解释结构模型(ISM)建立了疫苗冷链物流风险因素的多层次分级模型。员工安全责任意识、员工安全培训教育、员工意外失误、设备检修维护频率、规章制度与责任和政策法规是关键风险因素,需要重点关注。
In order to effectively identify various risk factors in the vaccine cold chain logistics,prevent and control them,based on the WBS-RBS coupling matrix,18 risk indicators of vaccine cold chain logistics were obtained,and the 18 risk indicators were divided into 4 risk factors by the decision laboratory method(DEMATEL).Finally,a multi-level hierarchical model of vaccine cold chain logistics risk factors is established by using the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM).Employee safety responsibility awareness,employee safety training and education,employee accidental errors,equipment repair and maintenance frequency,rules and regulations and responsibilities,policies and regulations are key risk factors that need to be focused.
