镍极板自动化生产线智能控制系统的设计

摘要 本文以某企业镍极板自动化生产线为例,重点研究镍极板自动化生产线的智能控制系统,主要目的是实现镍极板整条生产线的集中控制以及各单元的模块化控制,设计并开发了基于S7-1200可编程控制器的自动化生产线及控制系统,将镍极板自动化生产线分为不同的工作站,并按照功能进行模块化设计与控制;各工作站之间采用西门子S7通讯,实现数据的交互。同时,设计相应的人机界面触摸屏,实现系统的监控管理与操作干预功能,从而实现生产线的正常高效精准运行。 Taking the nickel plate automatic production line of an enterprise as an example, this paper focuses on the intelligent control system of the nickel plate automatic production line. The main purpose is to realize the centralized control of the whole nickel plate production line and the modular control of each unit. The automatic production line and control system based on S7-1200 programmable controller are designed and developed, and the nickel plate automatic production line is divided into different workstations, and modular design and control are carried out according to functions. Siemens S7 communication is used between workstations to realize data interaction. At the same time, the corresponding human-computer interface touch screen is designed to realize the monitoring management and operation intervention functions of the system, so as to realize the normal, efficient and accurate operation of the production line.
