摘要 以滨海东大道(翔安东路—莲河路)工程中九溪大桥花瓶墩的施工工艺为例,并结合现场实际情况,采用胎架法制作墩身钢筋、墩身钢筋整体起吊和安装、使用一体化模板平台及安全爬梯、超长插入式振动棒、使用混凝土天泵前端加整体串筒一次浇筑成型等方法,以期达到缩短花瓶墩现场施工工期并提高施工质量的目的。 Taking the construction process of the vase pier of Jiuxi Bridge in Binhai East Avenue(Xiang’an East Road Lianhe Road)Project as an example, and combining the actual situation on site, the jig frame method is used to make the pier body reinforcement, the integral lifting and installation of the pier body reinforcement, the integrated formwork platform and safety ladder are used, the ultra long plug-in vibrator is used, the front end of the concrete pump is used and the integral tumbling barrel is used for one-time pouring, in order to shorten the construction period of vase pier and improve the construction quality.
