摘要
本项目超大跨度连续刚构不仅0号块外型高大,结构厚重,且主墩采用相距达6.5m的双肢板墩,要求0号块模架具有极强的承载能力及安全稳定性,对模架的结构设计提出了挑战。本项目通过对墩顶托架方案进行技术改进和创新,应用改焊接联接为销接、设精扎螺纹钢固定托架上平梁、设反力架对模架预压等新技术,并精心编制施工方案、明确技术关键点、严格把控每一道工序的质量,确保了0号块安全、顺利完成浇筑。
The super span continuous rigid frame of this project is not only tall in appearance and thick in structure, but also adopts double leg slab piers with a distance of 6.5m, which requires that the 0# block formwork has extremely strong bearing capacity and safety stability, posing a challenge to the structural design of the formwork. Through technical improvement and innovation of the pier top bracket scheme, the project applies new technologies such as changing the welding connection into pin connection, setting up fine rolled rebar to fix the upper flat beam of the bracket, setting up reaction frame to preload the formwork, and elaborately prepares the construction scheme,clarifies the technical key points, strictly controls the quality of each process, so as to ensure the safe and smooth completion of the pouring of No. 0 block.
