摘要 近年来,我国一线城市建筑不断挑战技术极限,运用新技术、新手段、新理念,打造建筑奇迹。厦门市集美新城建筑工程项目,致力于打造同北上广齐名的超高层建筑,处于高风压区域的塔冠运用了大量的关键技术,施工方式较为特殊。本文基于厦门市集美新城建筑工程项目,通过对项目开展的情况加以介绍,从钢结构、深化设计理念、基于BIM全过程设计流程三个方面,分析塔冠设计理念与模型,探究高风压区域塔冠受到的应力情况,提出具体的施工方法与手段,以期为同类型高超建筑塔冠设计与实施提供参考。 In recent years, the architecture of the first tier cities in China has constantly challenged the technical limit, and used new technologies, new means and new concepts to create architectural miracles. Xiamen Jimei New City Construction Project is committed to building a super high-rise building as famous as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The tower crown in the high wind pressure area uses a large number of key technologies, and its construction mode is relatively special. Based on the construction project of Jimei New Town in Xiamen City, this paper introduces the development of the project, analyzes the design concept and model of tower crown from three aspects:steel structure, deepening design concept, and BIM based whole process design process, explores the stress on tower crown in high wind pressure area, and proposes specific construction methods and means, in order to provide reference for the design and implementation of tower crown of the same type of super super buildings.
