高低温环境下声传感器校准技术研究

摘要 目前航空航天等领域试验条件愈发苛刻,声传感器常面临高温或低温测试环境,影响声传感器灵敏度,进而影响噪声测试结果的准确性。本文开展了-40℃~100℃高低温环境下声传感器校准技术研究,分析了温度对声传感器影响机理,进而设计了高低温声学耦合腔及配套的管路与恒温槽等。经初步试验,可以对声传感器进行比较法校准,获得传声不同温度下的灵敏度,作为高低温环境声学测试的修正依据,从而保证噪声测试结果的准确性。 At present, the test conditions in aerospace and other fields are becoming increasingly harsh. Acoustic sensors often face high or low temperature test environments, which affects the sensitivity of acoustic sensors, and thus affects the accuracy of noise test results. In this paper, the calibration technology of acoustic sensor in the high and low temperature environment of -40℃~100℃ is studied,the mechanism of temperature effect on acoustic sensor is analyzed, and then the high and low temperature acoustic coupling chamber,supporting pipeline and thermostatic bath are designed. Through preliminary test, the acoustic sensor can be calibrated by comparison method to obtain the sensitivity under different temperature of sound transmission, which can be used as the correction basis for acoustic test in high and low temperature environments, so as to ensure the accuracy of noise test results.
