两转两吸结合氨法在脱硫尾气治理中的效果分析

摘要 为加快“建设美丽中国”步伐,我国对各行业的废水、废气、废渣的排放提出了更加严格的要求。在这一新形势背景下,云南磷化集团有限公司磷化工事业部结合当前环保要求,对80万吨/年硫酸装置尾气治理进行技术改造,在现有两转两吸制酸的基础上,新增氨法脱硫尾吸装置。该技改不但大幅降低了尾气中二氧化硫和硫酸雾的浓度,并产出农用化肥硫酸铵产品,实现了硫资源回收综合利用,符合我国的基本国策和当前我国推行的循环经济政策和节能减排要求。 In order to accelerate the pace of "building a beautiful China", China has imposed stricter requirements on the discharge of wastewater, waste gas, and waste residues in various industries. Under the background of this new situation, the Phosphorus Chemicals Division of Yunnan Phosphorus Group Co., Ltd. has carried out technical transformations on the tail gas treatment of 800,000 tons/year sulfuric acid plant in accordance with current environmental protection requirements. On the basis of the existing two-revolving and twoabsorption plant, a new ammonia desulfurization tail suction device is added. The technological transformation not only greatly reduces the concentration of sulfur dioxide and sulfuric acid mist in the exhaust gas, but also produces agricultural fertilizer ammonium sulfate products,and realizes the comprehensive utilization of sulfur resources, which is in line with China’s basic national policy and the current China’s circular economy policy and energy saving and emission reduction require.
