山东诸城都吉台墓出土贾孙叔子屖盘续考

On the Shuzixi basin from the Dujitai burial at Zhucheng,Shandong

山东诸城都吉台墓出土的贾孙叔子屖盘,是排行为“叔”而字为“子屖”的齐国姜姓贾氏后裔贾孙叔子屖为其女儿孟姜所作媵器。盘铭中“万年眉寿”“室家是保”“施施熙熙”“寿老无期”等嘏辞为春秋晚期姜姓齐国媵器所特有。贾孙叔子屖盘既与以贾国为氏的姬姓贾氏无关,也与以晋国贾邑为氏的姬姓贾氏无关。

The bronze basin with the inscriptions Shuzixi,excavated from the Dujitai Tomb in Zhucheng,Shandong Province,should have been made as a dowry for the daughter of Shuzixi,who was a descendant of the Jia family from the Jiang lineage.Several blessing terms in the inscriptions were signature of dowry artifacts of the Jiang linage in the Qi state in the late Spring and Autumn period.This basin was irrelevant to the family name Jia of Jia State,nor with the family name Jia of Jia Yi of Jin State.
