地质工作支撑服务乡村振兴路径探讨——以四川垦造水田项目为例

An Exploration on the Path of Geological Work to Support and Serve Rural Revitalization—A Case Study of Sichuan Reclamation Paddy Field Project

文章系统梳理了乡村振兴战略下垦造水田的政策背景和现实需求,结合地勘单位的专业优势,以四川垦造水田项目为例,在分析垦造水田项目建设目标、项目选址、规划布局、工程设计基础上,提出地质工作在支撑服务乡村振兴的8个方面:①土地核查、土地整治规划;②土壤普查、土地质量调查评价;③区域及专项水资源调查评价;④自然灾害调查评价与治理;⑤灌溉、排水及道路建设工程勘察;⑥农田防护与生态保护修复;⑦农田观测体系建设、地理信息服务;⑧农田景观建设、乡村旅游资源开发。

This paper systematically reviews the policy background and realistic demands for the reclamation paddy fields under the rural revitalization strategy.Combined with the professional advantages of geological exploration institutions,the paper takes the Sichuan reclamation paddy field project as an example,based on the analysis of the project construction objectives,project site selection,planning layout and engineering design of the reclamation paddy field project,then proposes eight aspects of geological work in supporting and serving rural revitalization:①land verification and land remediation planning;②soil census and land quality survey and evaluation;③regional and special water resources survey and evaluation;④natural disaster survey,evaluation and governance;⑤irrigation,drainage and road construction engineering survey;⑥farmland protection and ecological protection and restoration;⑦farmland observation system construction and geographic information services;⑧farmland landscape construction and rural tourism resource development.
