高职院校教师师德师风建设困境与路径研究

Research on the Difficulties and Path of Teachers'Ethics Construction in Higher Vocational Institutes

党的十八大以来,国内高职院校积极推进师德师风建设,取得了重要成果,但仍然存在着个人思想意识淡薄、师德师风考核评价制度不完善、师德师风监督管理体制不健全等建设困境。因此,应从不断提高教师个人思想意识、完善师德师风考核评价制度、健全师德师风监督管理体制等方面不断推进高职院校师德师风建设。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,domestic higher vocational institutes have actively promoted the construction of teachers'ethics and made important achievements.However,there are still some difficulties in construction,such as weak personal ideological consciousness,imperfect assessment and evaluation system of teachers'ethics,and imperfect supervision and management system of teachers'ethics.Therefore,we should constantly improve the teachers'personal ideological consciousness,improve the assessment and evaluation system of teachers'ethics,and improve the supervision and management system of teachers'ethics and so on to promote the construction of teachers'ethics in higher vocational institutes.
