中小型管加工企业生产线程控自动化运行系统设计

摘要 市场竞争激烈,中小型管加工企业生产线已难以满足需要,为了生存和发展,建设程控条件下运行的全自动生产线势在必行。生产线设计总原则是:其在程控条件下,主控计算机指令各区域可编程控制器(PLC)、设备与执行机构,接收主控计算机指令或区域可编程控制器(PLC)参数,准确作业,并形成系统信息反馈,完成全部加工工序。 The market competition is fierce,and the production lines of small and medium-sized pipe processing enterprises can hardly meet the needs.In order to survive and develop,it is imperative to build a fully automatic production line that runs under program control.The general principle of the production line design are:under the condition of program control,the main control computer commands each area's programmable logic controller(PLC),equipment and actuator,receives the instructions of the main control computer or parameters of each area's programmable logic controller(PLC),operates accurately,forms system information feedbackand completes all processing procedures.
