摘要
为了全面提升钢筋的制造水平,对钢筋的生产和质量检测方法提出了更高的要求,主要体现在以下几个方面:生产和检测系统的自动化、智能化、信息化,以及使用机器人等先进技术;开拓高端化检测技术的发展思路;探索创新性的钢筋风动送样系统和钢筋力学性能自动化检测技术,以满足相关的试验方法和产品标准的要求。
In order to comprehensively improve the manufacturing level of steel bars,higher requirements are put forward for the production and quality detection methods of steel bars,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:automation,intelligence,informatization of production and detection system,and the use of advanced technologies such as robots;develop high-end detection technology development ideas.Innovative pneumatic conveying system of specimen and automatic detection technology of mechanical properties of steel bars are explored to meet the requirements of relevant test methods and product standards.
