摘要
利用新模具成型端头与旧模具成型端头对钢芯铝绞线两端进行拉断力测试,研究了不同模具端头成型工艺对拉断力测试的影响;分别研究了新模具+钢芯锚固+植筋胶、新模具+钢芯未锚固+环氧树脂、新模具+钢芯锚固+环氧树脂的端头制备工艺对拉断力测试的影响。结果表明:新模具制备的端头较旧模具更适用于拉断力测试;采用新模具+钢芯锚固+环氧树脂方法制备的端头可满足拉断力测试的要求。
The breaking force test was carried out on both ends of the aluminium conductor steel reinforced by using the new mold forming end and the old mold forming end,and the influence of different mold end forming processes on the breaking force test was studied.The effects of end preparation processes of new mold plus steel core anchorage plus bar glue,new mold plus steel core unanchored plus epoxy resin,and new mold plus steel core anchorage plus epoxy resin on breaking force test were studied.The results show that new mold was more suitable for breaking force test than old mold.The end prepared by the new mold plus steel core anchorage plus epoxy resin method could meet the requirements of breaking force test.
