摘要 采用目前方法对LLC谐振变换器的参数进行优化设计时,没有分析LLC变换器软开关工作条件,无法准确获得LLC谐振变换器的直流增益、谐振电流与等效电阻电流比值、谐振电流以及有功电流,导致优化后的LLC谐振变换器整体性能较差。提出基于改进粒子群的LLC谐振变换器参数优化方法,首先对LLC变换器软开关工作条件进行分析,获得LLC谐振变换器参数优化的约束条件,在此基础上,利用混沌搜索机制改进粒子群算法,利用改进后的粒子群算法完成LLC谐振变换器参数的优化。实验结果表明,所提方法优化后的LLC谐振变换器具有良好的性能。 At present, some methods ignore analyzing the soft switching conditions of LLC resonant converter when optimizing its parameters, so the DC gain, ratio of resonant current to equivalent resistance current, resonant current and active power of LLC resonant converter can’t be accurately obtained, resulting in poor overall performance of the optimized LLC resonant converter. In this paper, a method of optimizing parameters of LLC resonant converter based on an improved particle swarm algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the soft-switching conditions of the LLC converter were analyzed, and then constraint conditions for parameter optimization were obtained. On this basis, the chaotic search mechanism was adopted to improve the particle swarm algorithm. Finally, the improved particle swarm algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the LLC resonant converter. Experimental results show that the LLC resonant converter optimized by the proposed method has good performance.
