摘要
针对中医针灸治疗中,经络理论未得到科学的证明且为实现针灸治疗方案的规范化问题,提出了基于Petri Net控制理论对人体五脏六腑与相应经络进行计算机建模与仿真,模拟经络的运行机制与功效。探索中医针灸学中的“效能”和“症”的对应关系来勾连人体肺经与五脏六腑的建模方案;建立融合了传统阴阳五行说的Petri Net“脏腑-肺经”模型;最后,通过对肺经五腧穴(尺泽、经渠、太渊、鱼际、少商)进行刺激对人体五脏六腑进行仿真。实验结果阐明人体经络机制的基础上对其功效作出了量化定义,并力求确立仿真的新途径。通过对模型的静态结构与动态行为的分析,验证肺经五腧穴对五脏六腑的功效和经络的运行机制为研究目的。以定量方法解释中医传统治疗方案,根据系统控制理论,为临床选穴与发现新的治疗位提供参考,试图找到更加坚实的科学依据。
Aiming at the problem that the meridian theory has not been scientifically proven in the acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and to realize the standardization of the acupuncture treatment plan, a computer modeling and simulation experiment based on Petri Net control theory on the human internal organs and corresponding meridians is proposed to try to simulate the operation of meridians Mechanism and efficacy. Firstly, the corresponding relationship between “efficacy” and “symptoms” in acupuncture and moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine was explored to link the human lung meridian with the five internal organs and six organs;Secondly, the Petri Net “visceral-lung meridian” model that integrates the traditional Yin and Yang five elements was established. Finally, by stimulating the five acupoints of the lung meridians(ChiZe JingQu, TaiYuan, YuJi, and ShaoShang),a simulation experiment was conducted on the five organs of the human body. The experimental results clarify the human meridian mechanism based on the quantitative definition of its efficacy, and strive to establish a new way of simulation experiments. Through the analysis of the static structure and dynamic behavior of the model, it is the purpose of the study to verify the efficacy of the five points of the lung and the organs of the meridians and the operation mechanism of the meridians. This study uses quantitative methods to explain traditional Chinese medicine treatment schemes.According to the system control theory, it provides references for clinical point selection and discovery of new treatment positions and tries to find a more solid scientific basis.
