急性低频感音神经性听力下降被认为是一种独立疾病,在突发性聋的发病中占比较高,预后最佳。目前该病病因未明,针对各项病因学说采取的治疗方法多样,及时有效的治疗往往能取得良好的效果,但仍有一定程度的复发性,甚至有进展为梅尼埃病的风险。

Acute low-tone sensorineural hearing loss is considered to be a distinct clinical entity,which accounts for a high proportion of sudden sensorineural hearing loss with the most favorable prognosis.At present,its etiology is not clear and numerous treatments for various etiologies have been proposed.While timely and effective treatment can often achieve good results,the possibility of recurrence and even progression to Meniere disease exists.
